Any Opinions on Internet Legal Services?

I'm reposting this as the title I previously used may have been misleading.

Please let me know your opinion on the many Internet based legal services as I just need Dissomaster calculations and advice in modifing custody.

I have contacted one service with no reply after 2 days, so before wasting any more time, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Our experience was that they would be able to help with things like real estate, wills, bankruptcy.  But when it came to family law, they were not able to help out.

Somebody I know used one and spoke very highly of them. I'll see if I can find a site for you.
