By that, I mean something that ANYONE can understand. For example, if it says "liberal visitation", that (IMHO) is useless because everyone has a different interpretation of 'liberal'. If, OTOH, it specifies "from 6 pm the first Friday of every month to 6 pm the first Sunday of the month and 6 pm the third Friday of every month to 6 pm the third Sunday of the month", that's something that everyone can understand. A judge or police officer can look at it and know whether you're in compliance or not without having to interpret it.

I'm not sure about this. Ask your local court clerk (IMHO, a vastly underutilized resource) about the mechanics of it. I suspect that you have to file with the court asking for the other person to be found in contempt and then you have to ensure that they're properly served by the local service rules, but your court clerk can tell you for sure.
