LD Parent not sending back child

Thank you for your advice.  I was able to get another attorney Fri afternoon after a desparate call to the one we were using.  He said we probably were better off with someone with more multistate experience.

The new attorney (now at #3) said for my DH to get in the car and go get them.  Wait till she goes to work and get them.  The mission is accomplished and they are on the road back home.

We will not be home until whenever.  

I'm sure that I'll be back with more questions soon.

Now that takes some guts. Very impressive. I wouldn't have given that advice, but hey, whatever works. Get that temporary restraining order immediately.

You should ask for some of your money back from the first attorney. It took some courage to admit that he was in over his head, but IMHO that is not the same as refunding money. If you were to take him to the KY ethics committee, they would force him to give you money back.
