Thank you all so much and Happy Holidays!!  Also, tulip, I have to know you a little bit before sharing case details.  I realize that my sound counter-intuitive on this website but the very real possibility exists that my ex or others may visit this website too, so I have to be careful til it's all over (which, I think, is never :)) )
