A couple of thoughts that may help...

First, in addition to checking with the PD on address incident reports, also may also check the county's sheriff's office for the list of sexual offenders (I'm assuming this is your main concern about the situation).  Many of the county sheriffs have this information available online.

Second, if you have been divorced for 10 years, I'm assuming your child is old enough to give you the information herself (at least their names).  Ask her and reassure her that it is for her safety and that if she EVER feels threatened in any way by these guys, she should contact you/the police/a neighbor, etc., immediately.

Third, assuming you have BM's phone number, you can use //www.anywho.com and do a reverse phone number search on the outside chance that the phone is listed under one of these guys name's or that the guys have separate phone lines.  If her number isn't "unlisted", it will show up under whoever's name the phone is in plus an address, then click on the address and it will display other folks living on the street.  If you find other names/numbers at the same address, you'll know who is there.....this is on the outside chance of working, but you never know!
