Hooray!!!  But be prepared for her to stall every step of the way.  It is not about whether you get to see him at this point.  It is about power and control and she wants to try to tell you all SHE is in control.  Just ignore her and follow those court papers.

Hi,thanks for the support we are happy for now ,we know this is just the beginning and now we know that we can start being a part of his life, I know that we will still continue having problems with her but we won't give up in being a part of my husbands son, I also know that once we move to Florida we will have more time with him , fortunetly the laws in Florida are pretty good, they are still not the the best for fathers rights but they are better than in other states ,so thank you.
