Thanks again, I checked out those websites and looked over all the forms, yet still I can't put my finger on which one I will need......I sure hope this will not lead to money out of my pocket by hiring an attorney.

Call the clerk of the court many will lead you to the right forms, when I did my modification is cost me like $30 in filing fees, I had a friend serve my ex so I didn't have to pay the sherriff.

I look a little harder for you this weekend when I am not working.
