allegations that dad is using child

My x is telling the judge that I have no interest in the child and that I am using the child to try to get my X back.  This is so ridiculous.  She goes on to say I am obsessed with her.  What do judges think of these type of statements.?

I think judges hear this crap all the time, now what they will do or believe is a different story.

Stay focused on your child, keep records of when you have the child, I would suggest taking a 3rd party with you when you pick up the child so there is no question of what really happened during the exchanges. When talking with the ex speak only about the child and nothing else. See if you can legally tape in your state.

Yeh I would be interested to hear anything about this too.

I know this is one of my STBX statogies.  From the temp hearing to the end of the GAL process the STBX has told everyone that I am only fighting for custody to hurt her because she started the talk of separation.  I after the talk found out about affairs, and child endangerment and then decided to waist no time and file.

What are some things that I can do to discredit this when we go to court?

What are some things I can do to document this so it isn't he sais she said?
