And should be disbarred. I had a slam dunk change of custody case and went before 3 other judges and one master in course of hearings. The last and 4th judge to look at it was a favor the mother judge and totally went in reverse of all the other recommendations and left child with the mother.

Sounds like you are covering your bases. We are all pulling for you. I know you are just so nervous waiting for the hearing to happen it can drive you crazy.

Have you been in contact with the school? Perhaps copies of the school records would help as well.
