does anyone know if a psy eval that took place 5 years ago would be revelant in court?

the last order was modified 4 yrs ago. so could i use a psy eval that took place prior to the last order as revelent evidence?

That seems like a long time ago, the only answer I can even equate to this was the custody eval in our case, it was over a year old and thrown out because of age.  But I am sure that diff rules for each state/county/court.  I would check with the court to see if there is a standard they follow.

I would not rely on a 5 year old psych eval. It's far too old to be of much use. There's no reason you can't request a new one, though.
