Please help...I want to stop a relocation of CP

We would be greatful for that information, especially if it applies to DuPage and/or Kane Counties.

It looks like we are definely headed for court. The latest noise is that the CP will not move to WI if staying inside the IL border keeps her out of court. She is determined to move my children, however.

I have seen an attorney who tells me I have a "very good case" to stop ANY move at all based on our current parenting schedule and my level of involvement. He also tells me that courts like things to stay the same unless there are huge problems with what is happening. Both of those things work in my favor.
