Congrats on your baby!

Boy or Girl???

Well, kiss that sweet baby head either way.  Babies heads are seriously the best smelling thing in the world!

Hopefully ex will pull the stick out of her rear, but from how you have described her...  I don't see it coming real soon!

MSD..I think (?) a law (bill) inked during a year is enacted (takes effect) in January of the following year.  In Tx, normally representives meet every 2 years for a few months but very little is accomplished because many well report in then escape to a OK or NM resort (at taxpayer expense) to prevent a quorum so doing is passed.  The sad fact, Tx Rangers do not have jurisdiction across state lines.

The Gov signed it into law on August 12, 2004, Chicago Tribune,  but I found another article saying it would become effective January 2005.

Hey, got a link for that?  I would like to show it to someone.  Hopefully this new law will help granparents across the state.

MYSONSDAD

No, but I can scan and send it to you.

Congrats on the baby, hope all is going well...
