I went thru this.  What worked for us was that i would buy the kids clothes for here.  They would wear them while here and just go home in the same clothes they came in.  That eliminated the problems exceptt hat SM tells everyone she can that the kids don't have any clothes here- but what do I care?  I know the truth.

I went out and bought them enough clothes to keep here for the weekend.  Their Mom had a problem with me washing their clothes, and insisting that I keep them in a bag, seperate until they came home.

So, as soon as they get to the house, M has them change into the clothes we own.
