Change of Venue in NC

My ex-spouse moved to Germany 2 years ago, moved back to Richmond, VA in July of 2006.  We were divorced in Cumberland County, NC in 2001.  I currently live in Davidson County, NC which is 2 1/2 hours from Cumberland County.  I have contacted lawyers to have a change of venue and I have been told that I must come in for a consultation ($2-250) so that they can tell me how much it will cost for them to do the Change of Venue.  I do not have the available funds and have been unsuccessful at finding any forms on the NC Website or at the courthouses of either county.  Any advice?

Not enough facts. What exactly do you want from the court (what's your complaint)?
