Clothing and Child Support with Shared Custody

Well my dh gets his kids eow, when he met me, mom stopped packing clothes, yes with the amount of money dh pays in cs she should pack an overnight bag, but it isn't worth the hassell, plus she would pack crappy clothes, so dh buys clothing and toys for them that stay at our house. This way the kids have their own things at each place.
