Woooohoooooooo, she's residing here now!!

I was afraid the judge would be biased, but was totally suprised by his "decision speech" to exwife and I!  He totally slammed her by what all she has been doing to DD & I, not to metion all the neglect towards DD.  DD interviewed with the judge and supposedly that was the longest he had talked to a child, and he's retired.........was just a visiting judge.  
I can't count how many times she has with-held my daughter from me on PURPOSE.  3 hrs one way to see her and she ups and hides her, takes off until I'm gone.  Lots of PAS issues.  School issues, grades,peers.  Just alota stuff.  
We just got though fixing up DD's room and will be going to the lake for the next few days as this is my vacation..............the decision could NOT have come at a better time!

I am so happy for you!!!!!!!!!!  This is the best news I've heard all day and I don't even know you!  Wow it is a wonderful thing when a dad can have his kid(s)!  CONGRATULATIONS!!
