No more Allah solutions to Family Law

In Ontario, as in most Provinces and States ti the south, a divorce goes like this.

Johnny and Suzy fall out of love and want a divorce. Suzy gets the house and Jonny gets the mortgage payments. Suzy gets the car and the charge cards and Johnny gets the bills. Suzy gets the kids and Jonny gets alimony + child support payments. Suzy gets custody and Johnny gets visitation - when it is convenient for Suzy and her new "shack job". I think you get the picture.


Now lets see what happens under Sharia. Mohammed and Asha are divorcing because Mohammed wants something younger. So Mohammed says "I divorce thee" three times and tells Asha to get the fcuk back to her parents or cousins. He then keeps the house, the car, the kids (if he wants them) and remarries. If she wants a divorce she will probably have to buy him out if she wants to remarry islamically. If she resists then pressure will be put on her by relatives, imams and all varieties of Muzzies. All pressures will be backed up by the Koranic Heresies (oops sorry I meant quotations) . In short she is srewed.

What do you think Johnny's lawyer will say? He will say "Constitutional Challenge" After all why should Mohammed get a sweatheart deal just because he is a Muzzie?

Think hard about this and if you want to improve Family Law then lets scrap Alimony, CS etc. On marriage breakup both couples should be relegated to their status BEFORE marriage with the exception to providing the BASICS for the kids on a 50/50 basis.

 I think they should implement sharia law ! Then we could have longer more difficult court battles where women are put into the position that men now are, then there would be a big change , I think the courts and atty's should love this because it would cause a revolutionary change in divorce < There would be YEARS of court battles , And the atty's could charge more to fight sharia Law , They could be Sharia law specialists that charge $400 Per hour because of there special training to fight a Sharia Law case , And so on and so forth for the judges , And the courts . The court and atty's would love it ! Some atty's dould brag about topping the six digit Custody case ! And all atty's would stand at attention when a Sharia specialist walks into the court ! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$   $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
