missing son need help

I need help I have been in and out of court to get custody over my son now my ex has left with him out of state possibly out of the country how do I get my son back can any one help me he is only 19 months old I am so desperate to find him the courts wont do much of anything I went to court she didnt show up so they called her at home  which I thought if she didnt show it's a default and then my case was dismisssed I have paid my child support faithfully and still do but no one not even family registry will give me info Im stuck Ineed help and so far i keep geting the run around like I have no rights  can anyone help
