Wondering if anyone would know if there is anything I can do about
this situation:

Finally, after 4 years of fighting and thousands of dollars on lawyers
for custody fight....ended up with joint custody...but to end the fighting
I finally gave in and gave her 'full custody' that she has been asking
for and I have visitation.

My children will be 18 soon, and my daughter came to live with me
about 5 months ago, and the court said I could have joint physical
custody of her...also my son came to live with me 3 weeks ago....
(actually the ex dropped him off along with his clothes).....and he
will soon be 18.....twins.

What I want to know now is although they arent' emancipated, and
they are still in the 12th grade and living with me....do I still have
to pay her child support for them if they are living with me?

Yep -- because you have no court order stating otherwise.

EX#3 was in a similar boat.  His OD came to us in October, and she turned 18 in December, graduated in May.

EX#3 had to file for custody to get CS adjusted.

You have one of several choices:

1.  Let it ride, keep paying.

2.  Let it ride, Mom at least gives you the CS back each month that you pay to her so you get credit for paying but get your money back and Mom pays nothing.  No new court order.

3.  Change it in court and ask to make the CS retroactive to the date you filed.

Here in AL in our county, you have to have a custody order to enroll them in school.  That's why when the kids said "I want to move", all 4 times, we had to go to court, it couldn't be any kind of handshake, verbal agreement, or nothing less than an order.
