I recently requested personal history from Bio Mom and she is refusing to give me anything on herself or her new husband. I found some family member assault stuff from 1999 but suspect much more is out there. Anyone have any insights to share on filling in the gaps and getting all of her records?

Call a private investigator and ask for a background search. That's going to give you everything, including any houses, cars, etc.
