Custody of my Daughter

I am looking for some help! My Child lives with her mother and is in my opinion in danger but I can not get any one to listen to me. She is working a confidential informant for a drug task force to take the heat off of her for multiple DUI's Drug charges probation violations and so on. Every time I contact an agency I get the run around or the brush off. If any one has some advice as to how to bring to light these things to an agency that would listen please let me know.

Anyway, has this been taken to court????  If so, what does the court order say?  How do you know she's a confidential informant?  (isn't that called a rat?)  If she has multiple DUI's and drug charges, you can get that information for 7 bucks (per name) from CBI.  Seems to me like there's been a HUGE change in circumstances.....

Do you have a lawyer?  A GAL?

And last but not least...WTF is going on with the Denver Donkeys???????

Ok heres the deal. When she left I was in an accedent that broke my back about 3 days later. and was out of work for 2 years had 2 operations and was in a body cast. When she started all of this she had a lawyer and of cource I did not have a pot to piss in so I was kind of at her mercy. I was forced to agree to a 300.00 dollar a month payment in which she was going to produce 300.00 dollars worth of recipts to show the money was going to my daughter. We did that for a few months and then she agreed to take 100.oo dollars a month. So we did that. She got a good job so it was not a big deal. then she lost that job and we (my new wife and I) let her move in with us for 5 months no charge. At that point she sent a letter to Social Services stating that she was not going to attempt to collect money through the courts and we would take care of it. So then she lost another job and started it all up again. During this time she has recieved 2 DUI's 1 assault charge and a probation violation. So to off set some of her misstakes she turned RAT for North Metro Drug Task Force. The big Meth lab bust in Westminster about a month ago was her. So with all of this going on. I figure that she is going to get her self or god forbid my daguhter killed.  Every lawyer I talk to wants 2000.00 thousand or more to handle the case the DA could care laess Social Services is a Joke her PO wont listen I am at my wits end.

Ya know...it doesn't take a genius to realize that this has got to be the MOST dangerous job a person can have with children.  I wouldn't want my child in the home of a rat.  Now, I do understand giving up dealers information, but damn...NOT with children!!!!

As for the DUI's and assault.  Extreme change in circumstances.  Any "new" violence charges, any drug charges, are grounds for a custody REVERSAL!  How long ago did she get the assault charge...and what "exactly" was it?

What county are you in?  Arap?  Could you afford a 1k retainer and 250 per month payments?  I made a call to my GAL (guardian ad litem) for another poster not too long ago, but he disappeared.  I can make the call again.  This woman takes no shit and doesn't like bullshit....Let me know.
