me and my girlfriend are about to have a kid. well in texas they say that the farther has no rights.that the mother can give up the kid for adoption with out the farthers consent.im in job corp trying to do right but it only gets harder for me to do right.can someone help me out.what can i do.the kid is due 6-11-04. thank you

File paperwork now for DNA testing and visitation through the court, then once DNA paternity is established at least in my state both parents must consent to the adoption.
