Law Guardian

I would like to share with other Fathers going to or through a custody hearing or trial. So that what has happened to me won't happen to them. I lost custody of 5 year old daughter do to false allegations of abuse towards me and my attorney by my ex-wife and the so called court appointed LAW GUARDIAN. This law Guardian helped my ex throughout the entire case, which never went to trial even though we were ready several times. Tried to have arrested several times. This law guardian also attacked and threatend my attorney in the parking lot of the court house. At the begining of the case I gave this Law Guardian a recorded tape of my ex-wife abusing my daughter, verbally and physically. His response to me was "its ok for a mother to lose it now and then" I later found out after my ex got custody, is that she admitted to me in court that she was having sex with this law guardian. So basically the law guardian was taking sexual bribes. I filed a complaint and nothing was done. I moved to Queens county which has city laws and rules and request that my case be transferred to that county.

 In Oregon, at least in my county, we have C.A.S.A. Court  appointed special advocate. Their was a lady named Lee who befriended my (now ex-wife) this lady acted as a third party for visitation purposes for a short time. I found out her young teenage daughter was into drugs very heavily and having sex. This lady moved into the apartment complex I lived in. Then when I moved, another guy, Steve, moved into an apartment across the street from where I had moved too. During one visit, Lee came to my front door with the kids. My daughter was just a baby and Lee had her in her arms. Lees daughter teenage daughter was with her. When I went to grab for Brianna, Lee drew back a little bit and said threateningly- " DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!? I'M C.A.S.A!!!!!! Her daughter was embarassed at her mothers behavior and said so. My ex-wife was friends with these people and I did'nt even know who they were. They just pretended to be friends. Steve told me he slept with my ex-wife once. He also drinks heavily and works as a lineman. He told me about how he would listen in on people talking. Him and Lee once showed me a letter from some girl that was supposedly a grlfriend of Steves that talked about how her father would make her do sexual things to her. Who are these people? How can I insure some fairness in this process. What they did was illegal, to say the least. Steve, before he moved said he was casa too. It's the last thing he said to me.
