I am separated (7 months) as my wife had an affair. When my daughter told me about the guy sleeping over at my condo recently and she didn't like it as'he took my place in Mommy's bed" I phoned her and told her in no uncertain terms to keep her away from any males until the divorce is final. That was the last time I saw my daughter. My phone calls are not returned and I've e-mailed her about seeing an attorney and filing against her for adultery. How can I get to see and talk to my daughter? My wife e-mailed me and said she felt my daughetr was unsafe staying with me all of a sudden after 7 months of staying with me almost every day I am off and it suddenly became unsafe the day after I told her I was filing. I just do not want to show up and have my wife cause a scene in front of of daughter. How can I talk to my daughterr? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

You must file for divorce and schedule a temporqary hearing to establish a parenting schedule and temporary custody and child support issues.

Take her & run!!!
That's how I feel right now.
Before 12 days turns into 378 days,
as it has for me~~!! & counting..........

If your daughter is old enough to be in school, you could go have breakfast or lunch with her. Make arrangements with the teacher so you know what time will be the least intrusive.
Until custody has been established; either by seperation agreement or through the court, you have as much right as BM to custody of your child.  You need to continue to call, record them and any messages you leave. Keep write emails as well.  Also try contact by certified letter. With each of these keep them short and polite  ie  " I have been trying to reach you by phone to arrange to spend some time with .  Please give me a call or let me know when would be a good time to stop by." It doesn't have to be exact just don't add anything accusetory or in any way threatening.  Start keeping a journal of every attempt at contact.  Send your daughter postcards to say hello and to let her know you are thinking of her, missing her etc.
You need an attorney....NOW.  You have to file for custody...even if you are not ready to file for the divorce.  You ask for temporary custody to be determined immediately (which is generally done in a matter of days).  Even if you do not get it awarded to you, you can bring up that the BM is having men sleep over with the child there (generally frowned upon) and it is very likely that the judge will stipulate that BM not do this (of course you will have the same stipulation when the child is with you). Then if she does she will be in contempt.  The judge should also arrange some sort of standard visitation for you.  Bear in mind...at this point it is Temporary....a more complete hearing will come up in time..in the interim you document everything and stay as involved as possible.
It will all start with the attorney and the complaint..... but you need to do this now.  The sooner you set everything in motion the sooner you get to see your daughter again.
The alternative.... well I think I saw someone post "take her and run..."  (not what I would suggest but you have to look at all angles I suppose)
  BTW...What state are you in?
wish you all the best life has to offer!  :)
