Any news yet?

Our 6th day of trial was delayed becuase the kids went on vacation fro President's week and then adjorned 2 more times because BM's lawyer had another trial.  I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!  It  is so frustrating!
In the mean time I am trying to dig up a little more dirt

Or so that is what DH's attorney is trying to tell us. Dh's attorney called Thursday and left a message saying that he hasnt heard a thing BUT he found out that there was a trial that was heard 2 days prior to DH's by the same judge that heard DH's case and they just recieved a desion. He says he expects to hear with in the next few days..........but we thought that a month ago. LOL


Keep digging and get ALL you can get entered into evidence! The more the better cause you have to prove your case BETTER than the ex does.


I am still just praying that all of our evidence stands out and that Education is as important to the Judge as what it is to DH and I!!

Well my digging keeps paying off.  Man the SF is crazy.  In addition to his 20 arrests for arson, assault, assault with a weapon, domestic violence, etc. etc. He beat the cr*ap out of his 2nd ex-wife, then stalked her entire family, even hiring a private investigator and flying to diffrerent states and stalking different family members, he threatened to kill all of them because they were witnesses against him in some case, he threatened his cousin with a gun and while he was sleeping beat him, he threw an ex girlfriend out of a car after knowing her only a month and then during the next three months broke furniture, put his fist threw the roof of her car and choked her whenever she tried to break up with him. He called her job and said he was going to kill her and leave her bleeding in the street.  All this while he was under house arrest.  AND the kids not only live with him, they call him daddy.

This among all his ex-wives, his 2 kids he has no rights to.  BM breaking every single order, SD missing 25 full days of school last year and 20 half days, SS not being brought to speech and not starting school until he was 5.  Moving 6x in 2 years and 4 schools by 2nd grade.  Taking out a 5,000 loan using DH's ss# and letting it default.  Having DH falsely arrested and imprisoned and getting caught in lie after lie after lie after.... in court.

We are still cross examining BM it has taken days but we're already up to the letter V in evidence and have so much more.

WOW.......the ex in your case sounds so much like the ex in our case! Its amazing how the ex in our case could lie and then when confronted in black and white with solid documents she continuied to make excusses. Then on top of that her story changed 3 diffrent times. SHe had one story when answering her attorneys questions. (it sounded like it all came from a book........like she knew the questions and the answers she was expected to say.) Then on Cross she was stumped cause DH's attorney asked her questions that she never expected.......Like where SS was at while we are all sitting here in court.......her response was i dont know where he is at he is supposed to be with my gma but im not sure. (Now remember this is a school day) She was also asked by DH attorney if she was ever investigated by DHS..........Her answer was no never. We had the reports and entered them into evidence. Then DH attorney asked her why SS has missed so much school........her reply was he was a very sick kid.......LOL he doesnt hardly EVER go to the DR and she admitted that. Then DH attorney asked her about the DHS report where she told the DHS worker that SS stays home from school cause he wants to play the Sony Playstation.................SHe said that was last year so that doesnt matter.        I am sure you can see how court was a circus! LIe after Lie and it was a proven fact that she lied

Now we jsut wait for the final decision to see how much her lies helped DH's case.We entered MANY Many documents as evidence including our 150 page log of contact, police reports, letters to BM, letters from bm, and ect. Her attorney entered less than 5 things into evidence and they were nothing against DH but were stuff like a certificate that was given to her when SS was in preschool that said she was a good parent. Well the cool thing there was that SS's teacher in preschool is his current teacher too. So when the teacher testified she was asked about the certificate ............she said it was a standard certificate and ALL the parents got it no matter kind of a parent they were. Now remmeber SS missed 40 days of preschool (If thats a good parent I want to know what a bad one is)


Use all that info that you told me above to your advantage in court. Oh and another thing that BM testified to ...............Ok her BF has had his parental rights terminated to one of his children and the child was removed from the home by DHS. EX testified that BF thought that the child would be better off without him and thats why he signed off his rights. The thing is that we had documents that said Termination by DHS not voluntary like she was trying to say.

I wish you the best of luck and remember it is in the kid(s) best interest and THAT alone is why we are going to fight and fight until the courts can see what is in the Kid(s) best interest!!!
