Quick question:

When I have my daughter during my time of visitation isn't it true that I am responsible for ALL expenses including but not limited to any medical visits and/or prescriptions?  And that the money spent during my visits are NOT to be deducted from the child support payment?

I believe this to be true just need confirmation or a link to the guidelines.

Thanks

Basically yes, but for medical visits you would have to pay the co-pay and then what insurance doesn't cover may be split or a percentage, you would need to read your court order to see what it say, but you would be responsible to pay for the prescription.

I would read your court order and see what it says, each court order it different BUT it won't be deducted from cs.

The answers is "yes" unless your divorce decree indicates otherwise. Most decrees require the parents to divide uninsured medical expenses such as prescriptions. Even if those are divided, you camnnot deduct it from child support. You must submit the expense to the other parent and request paymment for her/his share.
