custodial parent and change

I have a question about custody and the custodail parent in a shared parenting agreement!  I am the father and my x has custodial right. Since her situation has changed the kids have been asking me to come live with me. She of course, does not want that mostly because of the support she would lose. How do I go about changing the status of custodial parnet in Ohio?

You'd file a motion to change custody, and you'd outline the reasons why it should happen.

Come from a "best interest of the kids" argument, with examination into what has changed significantly to warrant this custody change.
