GAL Missouri

My daughter has supported her daughter 100% The father owes her  $5000 in back child support. She makes too much money for legal aid. She pays everything for their daughter. (They were never married) A GAL was assigned. She has to come up with $1000 to pay the GAL. She also has to come up with another $3000 for her attorney.With no help from daughters father and paying child care and everything else. It is hard.Are there any programs that help pay GAL in Missouri.
