Finding Advice in Texas

I need to find out what can I do in order to gain custody for my daugther , she is 9 years old.
I am paying child support but it is really hard since  I have two other kids that are younger.
There is a final order on support and a final order of custody already in place. I cann't affort a lawyer a this time I am hardly make it with my other two kids day care expenses and with my child support payments

The first thing that I need to do is to be able to modified the court order for child support
Then have access to school and medical records.
and Finally  custody of my daughther.
Right now I have visitation right but the problem is that I cannt go to pick her up during the week because they lived to fay away.

Well, you dont give much to work with. You are broke, and dont live close. THAT makes it real tough to help convince a judge to change custody.


You also dont mention WHY custody should change.
