Sounds good, I did not have the daycare costs included in my child support.
Money unfortunately is an issue right now, that I am not making ends meet.
I just have to get $$ together for lawyer.

Child support you could do on your own. Does child support now go through your local CSE? Daycare, healthcare, out-of-pocket medical, extra activities can all be add-ons to child support. It is a little harder getting it added after the fact but is sounds like you have enough for the daycare to be split (the split is according to both parents salaries...it may be 50/50 or 60/40..ect..)
