i would like to know if any one have experience or knows how visitation scheme works when one of the parents live outside the US.?

Can you give us more details?

Like are either one of you American Citizens?

Is the country where one of the parents live a member of the "Hague Convention" (I think that's the one).

Does that parent have family there?

Is the overseas location temp or permanent?

See, I have relatives in Germany and all 3 of my EXs know that and all 3 have been to Germany with me.

Yet EX#2 where I'm the NCP, said he was afraid blah blah blah....

When there was no real reason to be afraid.

Long distance plans are probably gonna be the most for what you are looking for.
