USAFathers to storm downtown Houston!
 
A group of non-custodial parents, calling themselves USAFathers, have declared War on the Texas Family Courts. Vowing to defeat the bias, discrimination and corruption of the Family Courts, USAFathers is fighting to inform the public of the routine denial of Constitutional Rights and the failure of Family Court Judges to abide by State and Federal Law.
 
A spokesman for USAFathers had the following comments:
 
"USAFathers is a nationwide group of non-custodial parents, both men and women, who have dedicated themselves to peacefully force change in the laws that deprive good, loving, parents of the care, custody, and companionship of their children. The Family Courts routinely deny fundamental Constitutional Rights, due process and equal protection of the laws, to non-custodial parents of both genders."
 
"USAFathers is sponsoring the Texas Rally for Dads to be held at the Harris County Family Justice Center, 1115 Congress in downtown Houston Texas, on June 21st 2004 (The day after Father's Day), from Noon til 4PM. The Texas Rally for Dads is being held to show support for non-custodial parents throughout the State of Texas and the country. We will be celebrating Fatherhood and protesting the destruction of our families by the Family Courts."
 
"If you, or someone you know, has custody of their children less than 50% of the time, then you are a victim of Family Court bias and discrimination. Anyone who has ever been denied their rights to be a parent, or a grandparent, by the unlawful decisions of a Family Court judge, is welcome at the Texas Rally for Dads."
 
June 21st 2004, Texas Rally for Dads. Is this the first battle in the War against the corruption of the family courts? Will this be the "Shot heard around the world" for Fathers and Children's rights?
