Things started looking good in court for me, then her lawyer withdraws. Is this a tactic or is this good for me?

When my ex's attorney withdrew from the case, it's because she wouldn't not pay her bill.  Attorney's like to get paid.  I'm not saying that's the case.

Plus whatever contract your ex signed maybe stated only certain aspects the attorney was willing to negoiate for the ex.
