NEED A GOOD PLAN

If you where a father asking the courts for visitation for the first time and your daughter was twelve years old and you hadnt seen her in almost 8 years what would you ask the courts to do in starting visitation. bio mom and child live in florida and we live in Indiana we need to have a plan as to what we want!Dh is asking for visitation after 12 years of never having any. Dad has had visitaion with the child in the past but it was never court ordered it was just at moms discretion.Dh wants regular visits and the florida lawyer wants us to have a plan to give the judge.I  step mom and our children have visited with the child in the past as well so she is familiar with her step mom and siblings. we are sure that the judge will give him some type of visitation but we want her to know that we really mean this and mom keeps interfering.  Dad has had regular phone visitation and we send birthday and christmas etc every year and have kept phone records and letters the child has sent dh. Please advise

Contact a child psychologist in FL and have him/her both propose a plan and be available to testify to it's validity before the court. Find someone who is well respected and who has been before the judge in your case.
