Input on letter

Dear Soc,

Dh's attorney wants him to write a letter to BM.  The attorney wants all of BM's negative actions throughout the custody case, such as refusal of visitation, etc...  Dh is asking me to help him get started.  

1.  Where do we start?  

2.  Should this be letter format, or simply list items 1 to 1000?

Any input would be greatly appreciated because we're both at a roadblock here.  Thank you.
