Medical Bills in CA

NCP is in arrears for unreimbursed medical to CP. It is way past the 30 day mark and request letters have sent certified with no response. This is court ordered.

I understand that DCSS does not handle this.

1. Should we file through the courts? If so what?
2. Is it contempt of court?
