1.)  what is the process of getting child support?

we have never asked for it in the past 3 and half years. but feel that if she can go play bingo and party she can afford to pay for her child.
2.)  Next question we have always went halfs on medical and dental.Since august of 2003 when we went to court and was told to go through mediation which has not happened yet. She has not paid any medical. Today she said that her lawyer said not to pay.

3.)what can we do about this?

1-3. The easiest way to get support is to go to your county office of child support enforcement (CSE) and open a case. They will do everything and it will cost you nothing.

Alternatively, if you have an attorney, he/she can file a support action for you. If you have not been able to organize a mediation, then you should return to court and ask for sanctions against the other party to encourage her cooperation.
