Sept. 10th trial update

The trial has been postponed to Dec. 1st!  HaHa!  BM's counsel called ours to say she wanted to reschedule to get a longer time slot and ours agreed to it not telling that she was not available until Feb.  Counsel got together yesterday and found a time for Dec. 1.  Still great for us!  We now have time to get some contempts together.  Also found out bm was so confident this would go her way that her fiance flew down last weekend while we had the kids and they got married!  She still has not told my bf yet.  Her new husband flew back to Alaska on Tue and took the kids' cat.  7 yr. old is devestated.  :(
I think she thought the trial would be rescheduled for no longer than a couple of weeks.  We think she may snap having to wait so long to join her husband in Alaska.  We are treading lightly and quietly forming a strong case against her.  She has yet to call and harass my bf, it's like the calm before the storm!

I am going to email Dr. Phil with an update and to also ask them to pay for a new evaluation to use at the trial.  They had offered that and then have yet to follow up.  If not, we'll have to find the money some how. ($4000.00)
