If my child at 15 says that she doesn't want to come to see me and she is evaluated by a counselor, psychiatrist, GAL or other professional and that professional states "The child is unable to form and express their own opinion due to emotional stress and pressure from the CP.", would that help my case or is it still a lost cause?

Such a statement from a therapist would certainly be favorable to you, but even so, the court is not likely to further coerce the child by forcing her to visit you. This is the typical PAS circumstance. The child has been damaged, but reversing custody doesn't mitigate the damage, so what's the point in further stressing the child?

Teenagers are trying to grow up. Your daughter is seeking to have relationships with people her own age. If she leaves town for the summer, her entire social structure is messed up. And, let's be frank, where would a young girl rather spend her summer -- Philly or West Palm? There's just no contest mang -- none whatsoever.
